How To Use Your Hello Success Training System Hello Success is designed to be delivered in two training meetings each month. Monthly Meeting 1. Each month youll hold your first meeting to introduce that months theme, and distribute the newsletters. Youll lead a discussion on the importance of that skill area, using the suggested questions (or your own) and, depending on the topic, get everyone involved in an exercise (provided). Youll give assignments for the next meeting. This meeting can last from 10 minutes to an hour, depending on how critical you view the skill, and how much discussion you want to stimulate. Monthly Meeting 2. The second meeting is a combination of, presentations by reps on selected topics from the newsletter articles, discussion on particularly relevant skills and items of interest, exercises and role play activities to demonstrate the training points, workshop activities, where reps develop their own action strategies and tactics, i.e. opening statements, answers to objections, etc. the audio workshop, where everyone listens to, and interacts with the taped instruction, discussing the points, and working on the activities. Meeting Two can last anywhere from 35 minutes to a couple of hours, again depending on that months module, and how much emphasis youd like to place on it.
