Record Your Reps

The best and quickest way to improve your
reps' performance on the phone is to have them listen to their own recorded calls. In fact, I don’t
see how you someone can achieve his/her potential if they don’t listen to and evaluate
their calls.

record
their calls and bring them to you. This cuts down on monitoring time
tremendously since you spend your time most efficiently listening to tapes, able
to fast-forward through dead-air and mindless chit-chat (it happens). And if
